. Spain: 4,50€

. Portugal: 6€

. Rest of Europe: 15€

. USA & Canada: 30€

. Rest of the World: 50€



DELIVERY TERMS

. Depending on the shipping area, the delivery time is normally between 4-6 working days.

. The delivery date at the customer's address depends on the shipping area. The approximate transport times are available in the description of each of the Doblecoco products.

. The transport times can be altered by extraordinary incidents in the carrier and by difficulties in the delivery of the merchandise.

. Delivery times may be increased during the month of August.

. If there are derived customs expenses, they will be assumed by the client.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

. To purchase another model or color, the customer must return the item and make a new purchase.

. The item must be returned in less than 15 days from the date of your purchase, and in the same conditions that you received it. Revocations of orders or returns of merchandise will not be accepted outside the indicated periods.

. In case of return of the merchandise, the client must send an e-mail to info@doblecoco.com informing of said return. And we will reply informing you of the steps to follow.

. According to Art.44 of the Retail Trade Management Law, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

. Size changes are completely free for orders from SPAIN.

. The costs of changes and returns on Outlet products will be borne by the customer.

** The customer can also make the return free of charge by taking the product in person to the Doblecoco Showroom at Calle Martinez de la Rosa 16, 08012. Before sending an email to inform that you want to make the return to info @ doblecoco .com.

. For any incident related to the return of items from our store you can contact us via email: info@doblecoco.com

. Doblecoco will return the amount of the order returned to the buyer within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the returned merchandise according to the delivery note of the carrier.

. Doblecoco guarantees its customers the possibility of canceling their order at any time and at no cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.
